How to activate Professional Version:
1. Disconnect Internet.
2. Update hosts file
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
Add the following line:
127.0.0.1 licensing.ultraedit.com
3. Run installation & Patch.
Click on Register, enter any License ID and Password in Activation Windows then click on Activate.
Click Offline Activation. Copy User Code 1 & 2 into CORE KeyGen
